What measures have been put in place at Dino Falls Adventure Golf to meet Government advice on social distancing and cleanliness?

The Government’s guidance on social distancing must be adhered to across the Trafford Golf Centre and Dino Falls Adventure Golf

New measures, including the wearing of face coverings and the introduction of the NHS test and trace QR code which visitors must complete prior to entering are now being introduced, to supplement the social distancing and cleaning requirements already in place.  

Our online booking system ensures the Government guidelines surrounding social distancing measures can be met. The online booking replaces our previous ‘turn up & play’ policy. Bookings will be limited to six people from the same household or bubble ONLY.

Booking your visit to Dino Falls Adventure Golf is easy. Using our online booking form, simply choose from our two amazing courses, let us know how many people there are in your group, select a date and pick an available time slot.

An email will be sent to you confirming your details. Just bring this with you (on your phone is fine) and present this at the front desk when you arrive. Payment will be taken on arrival via contactless or card.

Please arrive five minutes before your allotted start time. On arrival, please follow the social distancing rules upon entry to the facility and ensure you read all information in full and adhere to all measures during your visit.

What if it gets busy out on the course?

On Dino Falls Adventure Golf, players are requested to only move on to the next hole when the group ahead have finished playing it. Designated waiting boxes are now visible on the pathways between holes to allow a group to finish a hole and move to the waiting box before commencing the next hole, all whilst comfortably maintaining social distancing. We’ll also have a course monitor to ensure the rules are being followed and answer any questions or concerns from customers whilst they are playing.

How are you keeping balls and clubs clean?

All clubs and golf balls are sanitised between uses – this includes Dino Falls Adventure Golf clubs and balls. We will also request that you sanitise your hands before and after your round.

Can I still visit the driving range?

Trafford Golf Centre and the Academy is now fully operational and golf lessons can be booked either by calling 0161 749 7000 or contacting your professional directly. Social distancing will be promoted during all golf lessons.

Am I able to enjoy a drink or snack from the Café & Bar?

Our Café & Bar is open for takeout only. No alcohol will be available.

We are a family of seven/eight, how can we book with the six person max booking limit?

Due to Covid-19 and the rules surrounding social distancing we are having to limit groups to six people at a time from the same household or bubble. For families larger than six, please book additional tee times consecutively You will be next to each on the course and will be able to watch each other whilst playing. Book here.

Are the toilets open?

Yes, our toilet facilities are open.

I’ve booked online but I wasn’t asked for payment and haven’t received confirmation?

Payment for bookings is taken upon arrival at Trafford Golf Centre. If you haven’t received a confirmation email following your booking, please check your junk/spam folders in your email inbox.

I want to pay using a gift voucher, how do I do this?

Please book online as normal and bring your gift voucher along on the day as means of payment.

I would like to book a kids’ party – can I do this?
