Peel Land and Property, owner of TraffordCity-based adventure golf attraction Dino Falls Adventure Golf and Trafford Golf Centre, has submitted planning for an additional 18-hole course at the site.

The application relates to 0.79 hectares and will consist of a new adventure golf course wrapping around the edge of the existing course, taking the attraction to 36 holes, an extension to the car park and new footpaths linking with Old Park Lane.

Pete Styles, director of golf, at Trafford Golf Centre and Dino Falls, said: “Dino Falls is now a recognised leisure venue not just in the north west but across the UK. The new course is set to include an extra special feature to entice both new and returning customers to enjoy the experience. We look forward to announcing more information about it in due course.”

Since it opened in November 2017, Dino Falls Adventure Golf has fast become a favourite amongst families, friends and couples looking for something different to experience in the area. Subject to planning approval, the new course will open in Summer 2019.

Moving (and roaring!) dinosaurs, including a Tyrannosaurus Rex, feature around the course, which is set around a winding river and cascading waterfall, along with a ‘Selfie-osaurus’ for capturing memorable moments.

Located at junction 10 the M60, Trafford Golf Centre also offers a ‘We proudly serve Starbucks Café and Bar’, 53 bay golf range, nine PGA professionals teaching from the Academy and the largest American Golf retail store in the north.
